Snow and swamp vehicle Dobrynya Mini is the most affordable all-terrain vehicle model in our line. The all-terrain vehicle engine is located in the front, the drive is rear.
Passenger capacity from 1 to 4 people with a load of up to 500 kg. This model of all-terrain vehicle in the basic configuration is made with a 3-axle suspension and 6 support wheels. With its cross-country ability, the snowmobile is able to accelerate on land up to 45 km/h, which exceeds similar models by an average of 15-20 km/h.
The all-terrain vehicle keeps perfectly afloat, the speed of movement on the water is 4 km / h. Due to the low ground pressure (0.04 kg / cm2), the Dobrynya Mini all-terrain vehicle can easily move on any soil, snow or swamp.
Dobrynya Mini All-terrain vehicle is equipped with four-stroke Loncin gasoline engines. These are the best Chinese engines in the class in terms of their reliability, traction, unpretentiousness and moderate fuel consumption.
The power of the installed Loncin engines is from 15 to 30 hp, with one (15-20 hp) or two cylinders (24-30 hp)
At your request, we can equip the all-terrain vehicle with Honda, Lifan or Zongshen engines.
All Dobrynya all-terrain vehicles are equipped with a welded frame integrated into the body.
The frame is made of profiled pipe, of various thicknesses and cross-sections.
We install bridges from GAZ 3110 on all our all-terrain vehicles already in the basic configuration.
Before integrating the bridge into the body of the all-terrain vehicle, we modify the semi-axles by installing additional seals to protect the bearing of the semi-axle from moisture.
The body for all-terrain vehicles is made of high-quality steel with a thickness of 1.5 to 2 mm.
All sheet parts are laser-cut on a CNC machine and bent on a bending CNC machine.
If the Dobrynya Mini all-terrain vehicle is equipped with an engine of more than 20 hp, we will definitely install a reinforced 4-satellite differential from a Gazelle truck in the bridge.
We install new manual transmissions from VAZ 21083 on all our all-terrain vehicles. This box is distinguished by its reliability and unpretentiousness.
We modify the box ourselves and remove the 5th gear.
We make the tracks from a 5-layer frost-resistant conveyor belt with a thickness of 13 mm.
The tracks are made of metal with a thickness of 4 mm, the canines are made of a rod with a diameter of 10 mm.
Additionally, you can order tracks with U-shaped tracks with reinforced ground hook from a channel 4 mm thick.
